30 Days Warranty on parts. Parts must be sent back within that period to qualify for a return:
Part returned must not show any signs of use or shall be void. parts must have their seals, protectors and be in their original packaging.
Lcd screens can only be returned if a manufactures fault, i.e. white screen, line, blank and etc, if however you have damaged or scratched while fitting,
the part will be void. Wrong part ordered as in a similar model number can be exchanged providing its send back within 48hrs.
Any signs of packaging damage will result in 20% fee (i.e. Samsung packing damaged). Part Cracked upon delivery has to be reported within 24hrs.
We will ONLY EXCHANGE PARTS and not refund unless you had placed an order for the same part in order to return the faulty one.
Any glue, adhesives, marks, used conditions, scratches will be void.
Once fitted to a customers phone, we bear no responsibility.
you the consumer should carry our your checks before handing over.
If our technicians feel you have incorrectly fitted the part and caused damage or cracked it, we shall charge a fee.
A fault description has to be given with each part.
home button flex, home buttons, charge connectors, mics etc will not hold a warranty unless wrong part sent.

You the client will bear the shipping charges, Europe clients will also bear shipping costs as it comes under the distance selling act. Once parts are returned we shall evaluate it and try our level best to send out replacements within 1-3 days.
